In addition to the excellent hunting on Mulberry Greens Estate (see "Wildlife Plots") there are more than 50,000 acres of public hunting wildlife areas within 30 minutes drive. Freedom Hills Wildlife Management Area, Lauderdale Wildlife Management Area, Seven Mile Island Wildlife Management Area and TVA Lands are all public access lands and are close by.

If you are really interested in hunting or outdoors activity, we can talk about access to exclusive hunting and recreation on an additional 1000 acre private wildlife preserve. Deer on this property are improved by selective harvesting, no dog hunting, special wildlife plantings, and restricted hunting pressure. No cattle or livestock graze the preserve and all resources are dedicated to wildlife and recreation. This preserve is not part of Mulberry Greens Estate but access to it could be negotiated as part of the purchase.
