This two person bench is hand carved from Mississippian Sandstone quarried in
the Hartselle Formation found in the "Freedom Hills" of North West
Alabama. The base color is "Off White" with yellow to rust
colored staining. Numerous trace fossils are present on the upper surface
of the seat.
This bench would look great in a rustic patio or garden sitting and could even be incorporated into innovative interior home decors. Other benches can be created in white, yellow, pink, natural patina, and lichen covered.
